Our Policy

All plan purchases on Flux AI are non-refundable. Please review the plan features carefully on our Pricing page before subscribing.

We make an exception only in two narrow cases — a verified technical failure or a duplicate charge — as described below.

When a Refund May Be Issued

Technical failure

A verified issue that completely prevented access to paid features, reported to support within 48 hours and unresolved within 48 hours of reporting.

Duplicate charge

The same plan was charged more than once in a single transaction due to a payment processing error.

When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality — contact support first and we will help you get better results.
  • Partial use of a subscription period.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests where the platform was accessible and features were working as described.

How to Request a Refund

Email us

Send a message to support@getfluxai.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include details

Your registered email address, Razorpay payment ID (from your payment confirmation email), and a brief description of the issue.

We review

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your account reverts to the Free plan immediately. Data generated during your paid period — assessments, roadmaps, mentor conversations — remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, then is subject to our standard data retention policy.

Payment Disputes

â„šī¸Please contact us before raising a dispute

If you believe an unauthorised charge occurred, email support@getfluxai.com before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We investigate and resolve legitimate claims promptly. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
