Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Flux AI ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Flux AI provides AI-generated career intelligence including risk assessments, career path recommendations, skill gap analysis, learning roadmaps, career simulations, and an AI Mentor feature. All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

All payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Your plan is activated immediately upon successful payment verification.

You may not use the platform to:

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data in bulk.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms.
• Use automated scripts to make excessive API calls or abuse rate limits.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise platform security.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Engage in any unlawful activity.

The platform, its code, branding, and AI-generated content structures belong to Flux AI. Your personal data and resume content remain yours. By using the platform, you grant Flux AI a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including career decisions made based on AI outputs, loss of data, or service interruptions.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@getfluxai.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these terms with reasonable notice via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
